Road separators
Traffic separators (U-25c) EROAD 5 i EROAD 8, tare traffic safety devices used in order to optically and mechanically:
- separate traffic lanes running in opposite directions,
- separate traffic lanes intended for public transport,
- determine the trajectory of a vehicle,
- define narrowed lanes,
- determine roadway boundary,
- counteract undesired/uncontrolled driving into surfaces excluded from traffic, pedestrian and cyclist zones.
Colors
There are two standard colors of the separators: red and white. There is a possibility of producing the separators in a color requested by the customer.
Life
A double wall has been employed in the separator structure which makes the barriers particularly resistant to deformation and mechanical damages. An UV stabilizer has been employed to protect them from sunlight (they do not change their color). Separators keep their shape and elasticity within the range of -30 to +50 degrees Celsius.
Ecology
The separators are 100% recyclable, raw materials can be reused.
Advantages
- EROAD separators have a unique structure which makes it possible to insert a separator into another one - this solution cuts down on 50% of storage and transportation costs.
- It also reduces the risk of maintenance damages (separators are not stored on one another but are inserted into one another).
- Their low weight makes it easy to assemble the separators.
